About Matt
Born and raised in the Bay Area, I’ve had the privilege of watching this region grow, evolve, and redefine what it means to live and thrive in Northern California. My connection to this community drives everything I do in real estate — from understanding the unique dynamics of each neighborhood to helping clients make confident, informed decisions that align with their long-term goals.
For me, real estate isn’t just about buying or selling homes. It’s about helping people find the right place to build their lives — whether it’s a first home for a growing family, a smart investment in a shifting market, or a move that supports a new chapter.
The Bay Area market is fast-moving and constantly changing. My job is to do the work — the research, the negotiation, the legwork — to help my clients uncover real value, avoid costly missteps, and feel supported at every step of the process.
A Bay Area native, I live in San Rafael with my wife Natalie and our son Cam. I attended Campolindo High School and then the University of Puget Sound where I majored in Business and Spanish and served as a captain on the baseball team. Before becoming a realtor, I worked for a private investment group, leading their acquisitions efforts via deal sourcing, underwriting, and negotiation, traveling frequently to the Southeastern United States to tour apartment properties. I loved real estate but wanted to utilize my real estate knowledge here in the Bay Area and have more personal relationships with my clients - and there is nothing more personal than buying or selling a home.
Whether you're exploring your options or ready to take the next step, I’m here to help with honest guidance, local insight, and a clear strategy.
Let’s find the right move for you.
