If you're pre-approved, we’ll explore what your budget can get you in today’s market. If not, I’ll connect you with trusted local lenders who are responsive, thorough, and efficient.

The Search
We’ll collaborate closely—sharing listings, touring homes, and evaluating opportunities together. When a home sparks interest, we’ll:

Offer Accepted to Closing
Once your offer is accepted, we open escrow and move forward with inspections, appraisals, and lender coordination. I’ll guide you through each step—explaining documents, tracking deadlines, and troubleshooting issues—so nothing falls through the cracks.
When we close, you’ll get the keys and step into your new home knowing you made a confident, well-informed decision.
