For Sellers
Selling your home can be an emotional decision—and a strategic one. My goal is to guide you through the process with clarity, confidence, and a strong plan to maximize your return.

1
Initial Consultation
In our first meeting, we’ll discuss your goals, timeline, and review comparable homes. I’ll analyze recent sales and market trends—considering location, size, features, and demand—to prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). This will help us price your home strategically to attract qualified buyers and generate strong interest.
2
Listing Agreement
We’ll sign a listing agreement outlining our commitment, including commission details, listing duration, and marketing strategy. This gives me the authority to represent and promote your property.
3
Preparation & Staging
First impressions matter. We'll assess what updates—like paint, landscaping, or light renovations—can add value and drive buyer interest. I’ll coordinate trusted vendors for improvements, inspections, staging, and professional photography. We'll also prepare the disclosure package, giving buyers full transparency upfront.
4
Marketing Your Home
Once your home is ready, I’ll launch a full marketing campaign:
-
Professional photos
-
A custom listing website
-
Compelling property description
-
MLS listing (syndicated to Zillow, Redfin, etc.)
-
Open houses and private showings
We’ll typically set an offer deadline about two weeks after going live, depending on buyer interest.
5
Offer Review & Negotiation
When offers come in, I’ll present and break down each one. Together, we’ll evaluate price, terms, and contingencies, then negotiate to secure the best outcome. Once an offer is accepted, you’ll be in contract.
6
Closing
Closings usually take 30 days or less. During this time, I’ll manage the transaction while you focus on your next chapter. On closing day, the buyer receives the keys, and your proceeds are wired to you.
